Ethical Promotion Guidelines

1. Promote With Honesty and Accuracy

Share your genuine personal experience
Speak to benefits you have personally observed
Describe the content and intent of our programs accurately

You may not:

Make exaggerated, misleading, or unverifiable claims
Guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., “this will heal trauma,” “this will change your life in 30 days”)
Misrepresent the scope or purpose of any course or service

Personal transformation varies. Ethical promotion respects that reality.

2. No Medical, Psychological, or Financial Claims

Our offerings are educational and experiential in nature.

Share your genuine personal experience
Speak to benefits you have personally observed
Describe the content and intent of our programs accurately

Affiliates Partners must not:

Present content as medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
Offer diagnoses, cures, or professional advice
Frame programs as replacements for licensed healthcare, mental health, or financial professionals

If you reference well-being, personal growth, or spiritual development, keep language experiential and non-clinical.

3. Use Transparent Partner Disclosure

Transparency builds trust.

Whenever you share an affiliate link, you must clearly disclose your affiliate partner relationship in plain language, such as:

“I may receive a commission if you choose to enroll through my link."

Disclosures should be:

Easy to see
Easy to understand
Present before or near the affiliate link

Hidden or deceptive disclosures are not permitted.

4. Promote From Alignment, Not Pressure

We encourage invitation—not coercion.

Please do not:

Use fear-based, manipulative, or high-pressure tactics
Shame or guilt people into enrolling
Frame non-participation as failure, weakness, or lack of spiritual awareness

Our audience responds best to clarity, compassion, and choice.

5. Respect Platform and Advertising Policies

Affiliate Partners are responsible for complying with:

Platform rules (email providers, social media networks, ad platforms)
Local laws and regulations
FTC guidelines (or equivalent in your jurisdiction)

We do not allow:

Spam or unsolicited messaging
False scarcity or deceptive countdowns
Trademark bidding or impersonation

If a platform wouldn’t allow it publicly, it doesn’t belong here.

6. Protect the Community and the Brand

Affiliate Partners represent Living a Sacred Life by association.

Please:

Communicate respectfully
Avoid inflammatory, discriminatory, or harmful language
Refrain from attacking other teachers, modalities, or belief systems

You don’t need to diminish others to share what resonates with you.

7. Consequences of Violations

We reserve the right to:

Withhold or reverse commissions
Suspend or terminate affiliate access
Remove promotional permissions

These actions are taken only when necessary to protect the integrity of the community and the program.

8. Questions or Uncertainty? Ask First.

Ethics aren’t about perfection—they’re about intention and accountability.

If you’re unsure whether a promotional approach aligns with these guidelines, reach out before publishing. We’re happy to help clarify.

In Closing

This affiliate partner program exists to support conscious sharing—not hype, pressure, or distortion.

When promotion is aligned, everyone benefits:

The audience feels respected
The work remains intact
Affiliate Partners build trust-based income
The community grows organically

Thank you for being part of that commitment.
